🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping on all orders within India.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • For Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item for a different product entirely, a credit note will be issued for the remaining balance after deducting a ₹250 shipping and handling fee. This credit note can then be used to place a new order for your preferred item.

  • For Size Exchanges: We offer free size exchanges! If you simply need a different size of the same product, we will handle the pickup and replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • No need to handle logistics — Charaavi will arrange pickup and drop for all approved exchanges.

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, the exchange will be processed at no extra cost.

  • Only one exchange or return request per order is allowed.

  • All exchange requests are subject to approval.

🔁 Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged

  • An incorrect item was delivered.

To process a return, a valid unboxing video is mandatory.

Once approved, a credit note will be issued, valid for 90 days.

For damaged or incorrect items, pickup and return will be arranged by Charaavi at no cost, and no ₹250 deduction will apply.

If a customer chooses to exchange the product for another item (not due to damage or error), a ₹250 shipping fee will be deducted, and a store credit of the remaining amount will be provided.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not provided; only store credit will be issued.

✂️ Customization Policy

  • Customization orders take approximately 12–15 days to complete.

  • Charges depend on the design, fabric, and detailing.

  • A 50% advance payment is required to begin customization.

📌 Order Cancellation Policy

  • No order can be cancelled after 24 hours of placing it, as our team immediately begins preparing your order.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or Instagram.
  • Paid orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
